You must request a pass in order to participate in a meet & greet with Blake at any of his live shows.  Please read all the guidelines before submitting your request.  In order to request a pass, you need your membership number.   You can find your membership number, as well as your expiration date, by looking at the label on your latest newsletter mailing label. If you are a new member and have not received your packet, you can put "new" in the member # field.

If you receive a pass and find you cannot make the show, you must cancel by emailing cancel@bsersfanclub.com.  You can cancel up to 1 week prior to the show.  Canceling your pass will allow another fan the chance to go to the meet & greet and will not count against your 3 pass maximum.

Request a Pass Guidelines

You must be a current member with one of your three meet & greet possibilities available.

You will receive verification once the passes are issued, which could be up to 2 weeks after the deadline.  Please don't email to ask about this.  We will issue as many passes as possible, but there will be cases when you won't get a pass. It is your responsibility to make sure your e-mail will accept mail from passes@bsersfanclub.com. Be sure that you have our e-mail address added to your "safe list," "approved recipients list," "not SPAM list," or whatever your particular e-mail program calls it.

Issued Pass Guidelines

Meet & Greets are currently being held ONE HOUR prior to show time. We suggest arriving at your pass pick-up location a minimum of 1-1/2 hours before show time. Once you receive your pass and instructions, proceed directly to the meet & greet area. If you are late, security will not let you in! The time it takes to navigate traffic, crowds and find the pass location will vary depending on the size & type of venue. Allow yourself ample time -- especially for fairs & festivals! Please check the MEET & GREET section of the message board at www.bsersfanclub.com as late as you can before your show for up-to-date meet & greet time information.

Fairs/Festivals:  Passes will be held at the merchandise table unless a "will-call window" is available.

Your pass will include instructions on where and when the meet & greet will take place.

You will be limited to ONE picture with Blake and, time permitting, ONE item autographed.

Request Period:

The request window will remain open for no less than 2 weeks.  Late additions to the tour schedule or unused passes might allow for extended request periods.  If your show is in the drop down list, pass requests continue to be accepted.

It is your responsibility to supply a valid email address.  Please make sure that any anti-virus or SPAM programs you have installed will not block mail from passes@bsersfanclub.com .

Post office requests must be RECEIVED by the 15th of the requesting period and you must supply a SASE for verification return.

PLEASE make sure you include your full name and address, your membership number, whether you are over 18,  and, of course, the date and place of the concert for which you are requesting a meet & greet pass.
